John Travolta pays tribute to Olivia Newton-John

“My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives so significantly better,” the actor wrote on Instagram. “Your impression was unbelievable. I like you a lot.”

Newton-John and Travolta gained worldwide fame when in 1978 after they starred as unhealthy boy Danny and candy Sandy within the film musical “Grease.”

Just a few years ago, the pair revisited their roles for one particular evening in West Palm Seashore, Florida after they attended a sing-along of the film and a Q&A session on the Coral Sky Amphitheatre.

Newton-John wore her signature yellow skirt and matching cardigan, full with the white button up. Travolta wore a basic leather-based jacket, along with his hair slicked again.

It was the primary time the 2 had been in costume since they first made the film greater than 40 years in the past, Newton-John wrote on Instagram on the time.

In his tribute, Travolta added, “We are going to see you down the street and we are going to all be collectively once more.”

He signed it: “Yours from the second I noticed you and ceaselessly! Your Danny, your John.”
