It occurred round 2:40 p.m. on Friday, August 12, because the boy and his canine, Ted “Teddy” DiBiase — named after the previous skilled wrestler who glided by the moniker the Million Greenback Man — walked alongside South nineteenth Road.

Authorities say a white Jeep occupied by 4 males pulled up behind the sufferer.
